Becoming a member of our association costs only Euro 25 a year and can easily be realised by asking an application form or by downloading the application form from our website. After sending the form back to our president and paying the contribution, you will receive among others the newsletter full with important and understandable information. Besides that we offer possibilities to get into contact with other patients at our General Member Meeting or otherwise.

Thanks to the use of modern and inexpensive technology it is even possible that members contact each other by means of video conferencing. We have the knowledge and experience to set this up.

Paying the contribution can be performed in several ways. The most simple way is to include Euro notes with the forms and send this 'package' by mail to the president. Almost any bank can supply euro notes. Any other way is acceptable as long as we receive Euro 25 without additional costs for our organisation.
We also accept USA dollars but this should be the equivalent of Euro 26 (the additional Euro is to cover the costs we need to pay when we exchange the dollars for euros).

You can also transfer money directly to our account. In this case you need to pass the Bank Identification Code (BIC) to your bank which is INGBNL2A. The IBAN number is NL27 INGB 0007617526.

International money orders can also be used but beware of the fee we have to pay to the bank (approx. Euro 10) so in this case you are kindly requested to transfer at least Euro 35.

By means of the application and inventory forms we receive we can make the distinction between a donor and a member. DONATE ONLINE

Besides the application form we ask you to fill in an inventory form. This is of utmost importance for both the patient as for other patients. With this information we attempt to make important connections with other pieces of information, of course nothing is done without permission of the people involved.

Of course you can also be a donor for any annual amount above the Euro 10.
