Member meeting form (Netherlands)
This meeting can only be attended by members, doctors and the volunteers who support our organisation. For kids of all ages several activities are organised, both inside and outside the hotel (depending on the weather).
The next meeting will be held on: November 6, 2010 at Hotel Leusden-Amersfoort (Philipsstraat 18, 3833 LC Leusden, The Netherlands).
