The diagnosis can be confirmed by performing a PIK3ca test on tissue that has been affected. There is currently no cure for CLOVES.<\/p><h2>Characteristics<\/h2><p>The symptoms range from mild to severe. Patients often have a combination of abnormalities. The most common features are:<\/p><ul><li>Overgrowth of body parts such as legs.<\/li><li>Fat accumulation in the body and spinal cord.<\/li><li>Blood vessel abnormalities.<\/li><li>Abnormalities in the skin (developmental disorder of the epidermis cells) or capillary abnormality.<\/li><li>Various abnormalities (eg such as kidney abnormalities) and abnormalities of knee\/hip joints.<\/li><\/ul><p><em>More information: <a href=\"https:\/\/clovessyndrome.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLOVES community<\/a><\/em>.<\/p><h2>Report international scientific conference PIK3CA related conditions<\/h2><p>The CLOVES Syndrome Community has organized an international scientific online conference on October 28 and 29, 2021.
