There is a whole list of diseases associated with telangiectasias and at the suspicion on any of these diseases the doctor will do additional research. Usually, however, it is innocent (teleangi\u00ebctasia essentialis or essential telangiectasias). In children the more frequent is the &#8216;spider Nevus (Nevus araneus)&#8217;. Telangiectasias are also more common in women, pill use, during pregnancy or having liver diseases.
