We take the role of Patient Advocate very seriously and have therefore developed a recruitment program.<\/p>\n

We will reward a Patient Advocates (PA) when he\/she introduces new members or donors by means of an expense allowance. The registrations must be attributable to the PA.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. When 5 members\/donors (from the country of the PA) register in one calendar year: one free night during our conference in the Netherlands. Bronze Status.<\/li>\n
  2. When 6-10 members\/donors (from the country of the PA) register in one calendar year: three free nights during our conference in the Netherlands and an expense allowance of up to Euro 10.00 per member registered. Silver Status.<\/li>\n
  3. When 11-20 members\/donors (from the country of the PA) register in one calendar year: three free nights during our conference in the Netherlands and an expense allowance of up to Euro 12.50 per member registered. Gold Status.<\/li>\n
  4. If 21 or more members\/donors (from the country of the PA) register in one calendar year: three free nights during our conference in the Netherlands and expenses of up to Euro 15.00 per member registered. Status Platinum.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Comments:<\/p>\n

    1. The contribution of a member is at least Euro 35 and a donor at least Euro 25.<\/li>\n
    2. A calendar year runs from 1 January to 31 December.<\/li>\n
