In addition, I support students in their development of oral communication skills. My focus is genetics and biotechnology and I help the CMTC organization.<\/p>\n<p>Before this, I participated in various molecular biological research projects for companies such as TNO and Wageningen University. During my PhD in the Department of Genetics at the University of Wageningen I generated promising enzymes of fungi such as Aspergillus and mutagenetic by the application of recombinant DNA techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Within the pharmaceutical industry, I worked as a project supervisor quality control within a facility for the production of monoclonal antibodies. Highlighting the customer perspective in healthcare has become my focus during my research interviews at different institutes.
