Family weekend 2026 Information and Registration

On Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, 2026, we will be hosting our third international Family Weekend in the Netherlands.

Below you will find the program and registration details for this weekend. This event is for members only, who must also have paid their annual membership fee.

We request a personal contribution of €10 per person for participants aged 13 and older. For participants up to and including 12 years old, the contribution is €5 per person.

Participation in activities is at your own risk.

Program Saturday

11:30 – 17:00 uur	Select: canoe/ Stand-up paddleboarding/Whisper boat/Walk Stayokay Lunch Walk to Stayokay
17:00 – 17:45 hrs	Dinner Stayokay
18:00 hrs	Leaving to Drimmelen Biesboschweg 2 4924 BB Drimmelen (Please note that when using your navigation system, do not select Lage Zwaluwe. If possible, enter our postal code instead!)
18:30 – 21:30 hrs	Beavertour by boat and guide
22:00 – … hrs	Back at Stayokay Being together with drinks

Note:

If there is more than one participant, the registration fields are no longer mandatory. However, please fill them in as much as possible so we can organize everything as efficiently as possible.
We use a new central membership and financial administration system (Banster). In this system, each member has their own account and can view and update their information.
