A number of academic hospitals in the Netherlands have developed a ‘Quality of Life in Clinical Practice’ website in both English and Dutch. KLIK is a method to give a clear overview of how patients who are being treated, or have been treated in a hospital, are doing. This applies to children and their parents/caretakers as well as young adults.
On the KLIK website you can fill out questionnaires about your daily life. The answers are converted into a clear KLIK profile. One of the practitioners will discuss the KLIK profile with you.
