Genetics
What is genetics?

Genetics is the doctrine of heredity.
This science is concerned with the mechanisms of transmission of hereditary characteristics. If a hereditary trait is present in only one of the parents and yet is expressed in the offspring, that trait is called dominant. This can be, for example, a body characteristic (hair color), but also certain diseases such as haemophilia.
We suspect that CMTC, and other blood vessel diseases, have a genetic cause and that is why we pay attention to this topic.
