The general practitioner is the doctor who, normally, sees patients most often, has a total overview of all diseases and usually knows the immediate family best.
The general practitioner, the 1st line, is also the first medical contact point for a patient. In collaboration with the Association of Cooperating Parents and Patient Organisations (VSOP), the Dutch College of General Practitioners and one of our medical advisors Prof. Suzanne Pasmans, we have developed a brochure for Dutch general practitioners. The content of this brochure is the basis for our new (general practice) doctors brochure which we are developing in German, English, French, Dutch and Spanish.
In this way, we hope we will be able to reach and help many patients, their families and general practitioners.
Novartis sponsors this project with a financial contribution of € 3,850. This brochure will be available in the first half of the year 2020.
