Tip: keep a log

book

A practical tip: keep a log of your child.

Take pictures and reports in on. Sure after a couple of years you don’t you know anymore the details of a number of years ago. As parents you see your child normally every day making it hard to see minor differences over an extended period of time. By regularly taking a picture, you can see differences better. Such a log of course you could also share with the doctors where you are under treatment. Of course is an electronic log most useful (e.g. in MSWord).
