Patient organizations in the Netherlands must comply with various legal requirements, including the Management and Supervision of Legal Entities Act (Wet Bestuur en Toezicht Rechtspersonen). In addition, to meet the standards of quality certifications, we are required to publish a range of documents—such as our statutes, code of conduct, and our policy on handling conflicts of interest.
