We only use personal data that you provide on this website for the purpose for which you gave it. In addition to registration for our website, we also have a linked registration for sending email, newsletter and our financial administration.

Members and donors also have direct access to their invoices.

We process the following personal data for our services. We use this data to organize events, eg. our Family Day and Member Conference, such as determining the number of participants in different age categories.

In addition, we use this data to send information about our events such as the agenda.

Of course we do not pass this information on to third parties. We are required to provide numbers of persons in age categories.

Member mailings

Our members are kept informed of specific activities such as when signing up for our worldwide Family Day is open. The e-mail address of members is included in the e-mail list of members, where each member receives a separate e-mail and cannot see who else this e-mail was sent to.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is an important medium in which, among other things, our events are announced and all kinds of news. You can easily unsubscribe from receiving our newsletter at the bottom of the newsletter.

We only use Google Analytics for statistics.

We only use necessary cookies such as cookies that are necessary for playing videos.

Security measures and processors

We have taken appropriate, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized use, unlawful processing, accidental loss and destruction / damage.

In the context of our services, we use third-party services (‘processors’). These processors only process personal data on behalf of our CMTC-OVM organization. We have arranged processing agreements with these processors that state that they comply with all obligations of the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Who has access to your data?

How long are your data kept?

CMTC-OVM does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which you left it.

For members and donors, their data will be kept for a maximum of one year after the end of the year in which the membership or donorship ended.

The data provided for the registration of an event will be kept for a maximum of one month after the event has ended.

These retention periods can change if we are legally obliged to keep certain personal data longer. In this case, we only store these specific personal data during the legal retention period.
