Laser treatment of the very youngest children would not be advised.
Any remaining wound/damage can be treated from an age of 7 years.

Possible complications:

EARLY

1. Infections.
2. Bleedings.
3. Crust formation.

LATE

1. Pigment changes. In which the skin can appear either lighter or darker.
2. Scar formation.
