1. What did you expect to learn from the training
2. I feel the training has given me sufficient knowledge and capabilities to act as a PA
3. What could be improved in the PA handbook
4. What is your opinion of the structure of the training
We planned for 1.5 day and the structure was based on the structure of the handbook. The training was started with a personal introduction followed by the highlights per chapter. Each PA worked on an elevator pitch and shared this with the other PA's. At the end we worked on an action plan which was also shared.
5. How was the location of the training
How easy could you get to the location? How was the training room? How was the catering?
6. How was the kids care
We arranged crafting activities for the children in order to enable you to focus on the training and to give them a great time.
7. Did you like the pancake dinner
We consider teambuilding an important objective of our training as well. Having dinner together is according to us important and we know by experience that children like this as well.

9. How was the organisation of the training
Did you have sufficient information in advance about travel, hotel, training itself, etc.? Did you miss something?
10. How about organising a PA day in 2023 before our conference again
We are thinking to organise a PA training again in 2023 for new PA's. This would be in total 2 days. The first 1.5 days would be a PA training for new PA's. The last half day could be together with the experienced PA's to share knowledge and experience. We are also developing an eLearning environment for PA's not being able to travel and to prepare new PA's as well.
After this meeting the global CMTC-OVM conference will start.
